ORDER GUIDE - 3D PRINTED PRODUCTS

STEP 1:
Tell us the product you would like to order through Telegram or WhatsApp!

STEP 1.5:
(FOR LITHOPHANES / CUSTOMS)
For lithophanes / customs, send your photos / customised request.
For Photos: Send them as attachment for the highest quality.
Telegram: Click "Attachment" > "File" > "Gallery" > Select Photo(s)
WhatsApp: Click Attachment Icon > Select Photo(s) > Click "HD"
STEP 2:
When order is confirmed we will ask the following details from you:
Name, Contact Number, Address, Postal Code
*By placing an order with us, you agree to our disclaimers and personal data protection policies outlined on our website.
Step 3:
We will send you the quoted total. PayNow to our UEN: 202450394R
We will send you an invoice after recieving payment.
Step 4:
Printing will take 6-9 working days, delivery will be scheduled via SIngpost SmartPac.
Delivery fee is $1.99 (minimum order of $5), will be waived for orders above $20.
Singpost will then take 2-3 working days to deliver the parcel to your letter box.
3D PRINTING SERVICE: $0.40/GRAM + $1/HOUR
Bring your creations to life with our state of the art Bambu Lab printers. Minimum order per print starts at $10
Step 1:
Download your 3D model in a STL, STEP, OBJ or 3MF file format.
*If unsure, use STL or STEP.
Step 2:
Send the file through Telegram, WhatsApp or Email.
Include the following regarding your print options:
1. Material and Color
We print in PLA and PETG, see our color catalogue on our instagram.
2. Print Infill (Internal Strength)
We recommend 5-10% for light to medium duty, 25% for heavy duty. Not much increase in strength after 50% infill.
The print infill will affect the final cost (weight and time to print).
Step 3:
We will calculate the weight and time taken for your print in our slicer software and get back to you with the quotation and discuss the delivery / collection options (for large prints).
Printer and Settings
3D Printer Model: Bambu Lab P1P, 0.4mm nozzle.
Slicer Software: Bambu Studio or any other industry standard slicer.
Print Settings: Standard 0.20 mm layer height, Wall loops: 3, Surface Layer: Monotonic, Infill Type: Grid, Supports: Depends (All customisable).
Printing Service Details and Disclaimers
Print Quality: The quality of the 3D print depends on the model.
Smoothness: The print may have visible print lines or texture due to the manufacturing process.
Scaling: Ensure your models are in the correct scale before exporting.
Dimensional Accuracy: Prints dimensions may vary slightly (±0.1-0.5 mm).
Custom Requests: We will do our best to accommodate additional requests. Feasibility is subject to material and process limitations.
Production Timeline: Quotation will take 1-2 days and for printing, other than the quoted time taken, we may take an additional 1-3 days depending on our demand.
Delivery Information:
Small orders will be delivered via Singapore Post's Tracked Package (SmartPac) service. ($1.99)
Delivery will be to the letterbox at the local Singapore address provided.
If the letterbox is full or the product cannot be placed in the letterbox, doorstep delivery attempts will be made.
For larger prints, you can collect from us or discuss additional courier options. (We reserve the right to cancel orders not collected within 14 days, without any refund.)

Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns on our products as part of our mission to close the loop on plastic waste, whether your product is broken or you simply don't want it anymore.
For self collection: We hold the right to dispose of orders not collected within 14 days without option for refund. Refunds on all products will be settled on a case by case basis.
