Phoenix Prints is a Singapore-based company offering high-quality 3D-printed products and services using top-of-the-line printers. Our vision is to promote sustainability, with plans to expand into plastic recycling in the near future.
Our long-term vision is to establish a circular plastic production ecosystem, making sustainability accessible to everyone.

Our lithophanes are made from bio-degradeable PLA plastics while our other 3D printed products are made from PETG plastic (unless otherwise specified). We do not use any recycled plastics in our products yet as we are currently in "Phase 1" of our business and plan to introduce recycled materials (Both PLA and PETG)as part of "Phase 2" in the future.
Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations in color and texture may occur. Layer lines and minor unevenness are typical, though we clean and process all products to ensure the best finish we can provide.

We currently deliver across Singapore via SingPost's SmartPac service, SingPost will attempt doorstep delivery if your package cannot fit in the letterbox.
Delivery typically takes 7-10 working days. For customised orders, an additional 1-3 days may be required for processing.
We accept returns on our products as part of our mission to close the loop on plastic waste, whether your product is broken or you simply don't want it anymore. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation before mailing anything to us and stay tuned for our return rewards program coming soon.
For self collection: We hold the right to dispose of orders not collected within 14 days without option for refund. 

Refunds on all products will be settled on a case by case basis.
