THE PLASTIC PROBLEM
In Singapore, about a billion kilograms of plastic waste is generated annually, yet only a fraction is recycled. Despite the abundance of recycling bins, contamination often renders the process ineffective. Phoenix Prints provides a solution for individuals and businesses who want to make a real impact by ensuring their contributions to recycling are effective and meaningful.
The name Phoenix Prints symbolizes this mission. Just as the mythical phoenix rises from the ashes of its past life, we aim to give discarded plastics a new beginning, transforming waste into something valuable.

OUR PLASTIC RECYCLING PROCESS*
At Phoenix Prints, we seek to close the loop by turning waste into innovation
01. Collection
We work with businesses, schools, and individuals to gather plastic waste that would otherwise end up in landfills. From production scraps to used packaging, we ensure that every piece of plastic has the potential to be reborn.
03. Recycling
The sorted plastic is shredded into small pieces, processed, and transformed into usable 3D printing filament. This recycled filament powers our print farms, where it’s used to create innovative, sustainable products designed to inspire and delight.
02. Sorting
After collection, the plastic is sorted by colour and type, and cleaned to prepare for recycling.
This critical step guarantees that our recycled materials are of the highest quality and ready for the next phase of transformation.
04. Return
The sorted plastic is shredded into small pieces, processed, and transformed into usable 3D printing filament. This recycled filament powers our print farms, where it’s used to create innovative, sustainable products designed to inspire and delight.
Phoenix Prints is currently at phase 1 of our recycling research and does not provide any recycling services yet.
