We accept returns on our products as part of our mission to close the loop on plastic waste, whether your product is broken or you simply don't want it anymore.
For self collection: We hold the right to dispose of orders not collected within 14 days without option for refund. Refunds on all products will be settled on a case by case basis.

Material:  Lithophanes are made using high-quality PETG or PLA (colored phanes) plastic for durability and clarity.
Image Cropping:  Images may be cropped slightly to fit the lithophane dimensions. We will ensure the main subject is prioritized in the cropping process.
Image Quality:  Clear, high-resolution images are recommended for the best results. Images with poor contrast or resolution may result in lower-quality lithophanes.
Lithophane Quality:  The quality of lithophanes depends on the image's resolution and clarity.
Lighting Recommendation:  For optimal display, use a single light source behind the lithophane to enhance the image clarity and details.
Smoothness of Print:  Our prints may have visible print lines or texture due to the manufacturing process.
Dimensional Accuracy:  Lithophane dimensions may vary slightly (±1-2 mm).

Custom Requests:  We will do our best to accommodate additional requests. Feasibility is subject to material and process limitations.
Production Timeline:  As the lithophanes are customised products, they will take an additional 1-3 business days, depending on order demand.
Delivery Information:

• Orders are delivered within 7-10 working days via Singapore Post's Tracked Package (SmartPac) service.

• Delivery will be to the letterbox at the local Singapore address provided.

• If the letterbox is full or the product cannot be placed in the letterbox, doorstep delivery attempts will be made.
